Location: Benoi Pl - Joo Koon
Working Days: 5.5-day work week (Alternate Sat)
Working hours : Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm | Sat: 8.30am- 12 noon
Salary : $2500 - $2900 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities
- With experience (perform Accounts Receivable Duties)
- Performing system entries for all Accounts Receivable (AR) sales invoices, credit notes
- Follow up with internal sales team & customers for missing documents & outstanding sales invoices
- Generate monthly statement of accounts and update AR aging report on a monthly basis
- Ensure proper and systematic filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable function
- Able to handle emails
