We are looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to assist our Director in daily administrative duties, translations, and liaising with clients.
Job Scope:
- Reporting directly to the Director
- Assisting the Director with translation between English and Mandarin
- Assisting the Director to draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Assisting the Director with Administrative duties such as making reports, managing databases, managing schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, screening phone calls, run errands as requested.
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Source office supplies
- Assist the Director to handle requests and queries appropriately
- Devise and maintain office filing system
