Job Descriptions:
· Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / Maintenance & Electrical Works.
· To lead a team of supervisors & workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement.
· Liaise and hold meetings with clients, managing agent & sub-contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.
· Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
· Able to handle feedback from client positively and close the loop via email
· Able to write incident report upon collecting ground information.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Mechanical & Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), project & facilities management, building services engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
· Diploma holders with relevant facilities management, M&E experience are also welcome to apply.
· Good knowledge of M&E coordination.
· Electrical and ACMV design capability would be an added advantage.
· Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently.
· Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task.
· At least 2 year(s) of local working experience in the related field is required for this position.
