The Role:
This role will work to identify risk and ensure compliance with industry standards, relevant laws and regulations, and industry best practices. This position also assists in maintaining and developing appropriate policies, procedures, and documentation to maintain compliance with local laws.
Job Responsibilities:
- Policy Development: Develop, update, and maintain company network compliance policies to ensure compliance with national laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that company network operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to cybersecurity laws and data protection regulations.
- Compliance Training: Organize and conduct employee training on network compliance to enhance understanding and compliance awareness among staff.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans of company network operations to identify potential compliance risks and provide improvement suggestions.
- Compliance Oversight: Monitor company network operations, conduct regular internal compliance audits and monitoring to identify and correct violations promptly.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit network compliance reports, reporting on the company's compliance status to senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Emergency Response: Assist in developing network security incident response plans and respond promptly and effectively to cybersecurity incidents.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in information security, law, computer science, or related field preferred.
- Relevant work experience in network compliance, familiar with national laws, regulations, and policies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with different departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to independently complete compliance work.
- Relevant certifications in network security preferred, such as CISSP, CISA, etc.
