Responsibilities
Business Development
- Increase the enterprise adoption of Productivity Solution Grant – Job Redesign (PSG JR).
- Drive corporate sales of PSG-JR through cold calling, one-to-one engagement with companies, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on sales leads.
- Partner pre-approved panel JR consultants to support engagement with companies and facilitate grant applications from companies.
Marketing & marketing communications
Work with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, on-line and off-line marketing to increase awareness and adoption of PSG-JR.
- Identify and gather success stories on PSG-JR.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals for publicity of PSG-JR.
Programme administration
Administer PSG-JR in accordance with WSG’s requirements according to established processes and guidelines.
- Process applications and claims on PSG-JR via the designated grant portal adhering to established service standards.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Business Administration/Marketing/Marcom or related disciplines.
- 2 years or more experience is preferred.
- Must be articulate, and confident in promoting programmes to companies one-to-one and during mass industry events.
- Must be result-oriented, resourceful, and possess perseverance in meeting the organisation’s KPIs.
