Responsibilities:
- Source direct and indirect materials, negotiate with local and overseas vendors for optimal pricing and payment terms
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as vendors to facilitate effective procurement planning
- Ensure timely delivery from vendors, monitor purchases to prevent shortages, overcharges, and defects in materials
- Resolve issues related to supply, quality, service, and invoicing, identifying and implementing solutions promptly
- Assist in implementing internal procurement strategies for daily Operations & Maintenance needs, and manage contracts, documentations, and the Maintenance Management System (MMS)
Requirements:
- Candidates without working experiences are welcomed to apply.
- It will be advantageous to have at least 1 - 3 years of procurement, Supply Chain Management experience in an O&M (Operations & Maintenance) industry
- Possess at least a Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or other relevant field
- Candidates with hands-on experience in operating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Maximo, ServiceNow, etc. will be advantageous
