Resonsibilites
- Attend preliminary meetings with the team to understand the project specifications and scope
- Produce high quality and accurate full set drawings of various project stages from design development up to construction stage in a timely manner
- Prepare Tender Drawings/ Presentation Drawings, such as Schematic Drawings, Plans, Elevations, and Details Drawings for the Design Projects
- Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
- Keep up to date on industry and engineering standards.
Requirement
- A degree in a design related
- Strong and extensive knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, 3DsMax, SketchUp, Photoshop
- Experience in the hospitality design industry for 4-5 years
- Good at attendtion to details, teamwork abilities, strong communication skill, and time management
