We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team!


As a Human Resource Executive we rely on you to:


  • Employee Engagement
  1. Drive and assist in interactive internal communications for employee engagement activities to further enhance employee engagement participation levels including social media content.
  2. Own and drive programs, events, including working with vendors for employee related events.
  3. Develop and implement Wellbeing and Employee Engagement activities to equip and empower our employees towards physical and psychological wellbeing.
  4. Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
  • Issue Resolution
  1. Handle employee complaints and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
  2. Execute disciplinary action where applicable in accordance with HR policies and practices of the company
  3. Attend and resolve employee relations matters, including liaising with line managers
  • Workplace Safety & Health
  1. Advise communities or institutions regarding health or safety issues.
  2. Maintain medical emergency response plans or procedures.
  3. Maintain medical monitoring programs for employees
