- Bachelor degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or its equivalent.
- IES certificate in appointed person for lilfting operation.
- minimum 5 years of experiance in managing and controlling lifting operation.
- Familiar with LTA project lifting safety requirements.
- Able to prepare lifting operation plan and ensure all of the lifting works comply with the safety requirements.
