The role: In charge of management of facility maintenance and equipment repair works in the hospital and medical centre, as well as be responsible for other duties as instructed by the management
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads the Facilities Management team and ensuring both PPM and corrective actions are done effectively according to plan.
- Supervise and coordinate directly with all employees who are engaged in the repair and maintenance, replacement and additions and alterations of the hospital’s physical plant.
- Ensures compliance with statutory regulations, facilitate renewal of licenses, and also abide by hospital’s policy and SOPs
- Compliant with all regulations pertaining to facilities management and obtain all required licenses and certifications
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Degree in any engineering discipline from recognized University
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management
- Fire Safety Manager
