Job Responsibilities:
** The job responsibility is to assist the manager/executive in the handling of general shipping and procurement matters.
- Coordinate with Singapore Operations for material/tools requisition and delivery
- Assist in purchasing matters and updating the inventory system
- Assist in preparations of documentation for imports/exports and coordinate with clients and forwarders
- Assist in updating and monitoring the status of shipping arrangements and delivery
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on packaging and logistics
- Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned
** On-the-job training will be provided
Pre-Requisites:
- O level with experience / A-level or Nitec graduates
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
- Outgoing and positive personality, able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Able to work under minimum supervision or independently
- Proactive and self-motivated in problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office
Working Environment:
- Office-based
- 5.5-day work week with alternate half-day Saturday
- Staggered work arrangements available
