Your Role
- Implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the mall while ensuring good tenant/trade mix
- Handle new leases, lease renewals, lease expirations, negotiation and follow-up with various lease documentations
- Prepare leasing documents
- Evaluate and analyse tenants’ business performance and be responsible for lease and tenant related matters
Your Profile
- Diploma in Real Estate
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in leasing, preferably in a retail mall environment
- Be independent, resourceful and possess excellent written and communication skills
- Be able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Be prepared to work on 5.5 days’ work week
