We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Client Relations Executive to join us in our team with hopes that you will be able to contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential clients to demonstrate our services through the phone, we’d like to meet you.
The person we are looking for would need to have:
- A strong command of the English Language (Both spoken and written)
- Empathy and social awareness
- A bright and positive attitude to be able to understand and empathize with the specifics of our client’s financial situation
- Passion to want to help people get out of financial distress
- Self-motivation to want to excel in your individual tasks as well as the whole team’s progression
- Ability to learn with guidance, as well as ability to learn as we go
- Basic understanding of our CRM software: Zendesk, is a plus but not necessary as training is given
- Basic knowledge of digital softwares like Whatsapp Business, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Facebook Messenger, or anything digitally relevant
A day to day role would consist of:
- Actively calling our list of warm leads list to assess our potential client’s Financial situation and provide possible solutions
- Understanding each of our client’s situations and following up with their respective tasks using our CRM software
- Working with our Legal Secretary as well as Admin team to increase productivity administratively
- Working towards achieving Monthly Group KPIs or Annual Financial targets
This role of Client Relations Executive is a starting point with the potential to grow to be a Consultant with our company in the near future, depending on your capabilities as well as potential Career Progression based on where your strengths lie during your employment.
