Job Description
The Sales Engineer supports the sales of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Factory Automation Equipment/Systems and solutions to achieve sales targets and its business development in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APMEA) region.
The main job responsibilities include :
- Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve sales targets in assigned region/accounts.
- Drive sales process cycle from plan to close.
- Prepare quotations, generate sales proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
- Identify potential sales opportunities with existing customers and new prospects by conducting customer site visits.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify market trends in region.
- Establish, maintain and build business relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the region to optimise sales activities.
Job Requirements
- · Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- · Able to travel overseas on business trips (mainly in Southeast Asia region)
- · Attain at least TOPIK Grade 2 level in Korean Language proficiency as this job requires to liaise with Korean customers.
