Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions and admin support including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures
- Review and maintain all HR related policy
- Posting of recruitment advertisements
- Ensure and maintain good brand and communication consistency for all company materials and collaterals
- Perform end-to-end recruitment – interview, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding
- Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders such as employees and vendors, etc
- Reports generation
- Payroll administration
- Work pass administration
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience and above is preferred
- Possess a keen interest in human resources
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organisational ability
