- Manage and attend resolution of Customer issues regardless of process of occurrence including Reliability Risk assessments of bracketed materials
- Track and monitor Customer RMA due to Quality issues
- Set-up and attend customer meeting / telecon and ensure compliance with respect to agenda
- Customer Audit presentation for Process Control and Quality issue updates
- Track and update customer for any regular or special requested customer reports and reliability monitoring
- Review customer documents, identify gaps for clarification / closure and ensure compliance.
- Update quality performance presentation and attend meetings
- Generate and presents Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports per Customer account for internal and customer reporting
- Review and approve Process Control Documents
- Drive for Process Control Enhancement / Projects per process of concern
- Monitor and update KPI and initiate improvement plans for items not met
- Custodians of quality engineering systems for clean-up and audit free database
- Represent Site quality engineering on any Corporate related Process Control standardization of practices and systems
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- 3 years in manufacturing environment, preferably in Package Assembly and Testing
- Knowledge in Quality Control Tools e.g. FMEA, DOE, FTA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferably in Excel VBA and Power-point
- Strong analytical and communication skills
