Job Description

  • Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
  • Assist the company's management team with administrative and accounting tasks
  • Prepare quotation and assist in administrative aspect of following up on variation orders etc for awarded projects.
  • Process payments and ensure that any invoices due are paid on time.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and following up with clients/supplier
  • Ensure all parties are on track with project requirements and schedules
  • Procurement/HR support

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Residential/Commercial Renovation appreciated.
  • Understands renovation projects and key terms
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual + Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, proactive, team player, multi-tasking
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
