Job Description
- Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
- Assist the company's management team with administrative and accounting tasks
- Prepare quotation and assist in administrative aspect of following up on variation orders etc for awarded projects.
- Process payments and ensure that any invoices due are paid on time.
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with clients/supplier
- Ensure all parties are on track with project requirements and schedules
- Procurement/HR support
Requirements
- Prior experience in Residential/Commercial Renovation appreciated.
- Understands renovation projects and key terms
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Bilingual + Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Highly motivated, proactive, team player, multi-tasking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
