KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Server Administration, Maintenance and Backup
2. Provide IT support to end users
3. Maintain user login and email accounts
4. Setup and issue laptops to new joiners
5. Support IP Phone System
6. Support Office Applications
8. Setup Printers
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate, maintain and support the Company’s IT including emails, printers, office applications, servers, and support staff who work remotely.
- Managing hardware and software (laptop, windows, and office software); including other office equipment and facilities upkeep, maintenance, replacement, and new purchases of inventory;
- Provide IT support to users primarily on Windows 10 platform.
- Perform problem diagnostic and escalation as necessary to IT vendor to resolve IT issues.
- Troubleshoot and maintain office network, PC hardware and software system.
- To assist in hardware and software procurement.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as per assigned by IT Manager.
- Perform other IT support responsibilities as assigned by IT Manager.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a diploma in Computer Study or Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proven 3 years of working experience in IT Support and Operations.
- Strong administrative knowledge in MS Office 365, Windows 10, Windows 11 and network protocols.
- Good knowledge and able to handle all network-level problems.
- Self-motivated and to be able to work independently or as a team with a good service aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and excellent administrative work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
