Job Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Data entry using NAV system (training provided).
  • Prepare standard memos and handle email updates.
  • Handle sensitive information dealing with product costing, pricing and promotions.
  • Work closely and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents.
  • Provide administrative support to Category Managers.
  • Other tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS office Words and Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in the use of NAV system will be of an advantage, otherwise training will be provided.
  • Good time management skills to meet given deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Able to handle confidential information.
