Their Singapore team is growing and they are looking for a Client Services Executive to be communicating with their clients regularly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Working with accounts that need consistent communication to ensure they are happy
- Promoting user retention
- Actively calling and emailing client contacts
- Managing timelines and ensuring needs are met and various teams are given the correct information to ensure client's eneds are met
- Assisting with exhibitions on the day where required
