Job Description:
- Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
- Performs data entries, prepares, and assists in day-to-day operation in accounting
- Record expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers based on invoice details
- Handle payment processing by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Prepare staff claims
- Identify and address any irregularities found during invoice processing.
- File documents for record-keeping
- Maintain accurate cash books, oversee cash flow
- Assist preparation of quarterly GST submission
- Assist on monthly closing
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Travel and Event Coordination: career fair, quarterly award (every 3 month), company trip and company dinner.
- Vendors and suppliers management for office-related services.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with benefits providers and vendors to ensure efficient administration of employee benefits.
- Perform other general admin support and accounting duties as assigned.
Job requirement:
- At least GCE ‘O’ Level/Nitec/ ITE / Diploma with basic Finance/Accounting knowledge
- Entry level are welcome to apply
- Able to start immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking and open to acquire new skills/knowledge
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Able to work independently
