- As the Building Manager's assistant, your role involves leading a group of Technical Executives and providing key facilities management services at our clients' locations.
- Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, and security oversight, all managed through our chosen term or sub-contractors.
- You will be tasked with investigating, assessing, and determining the causes of reported breakdowns and malfunctions to prevent their recurrence.
- Additionally, your duties may extend to overseeing enhancement projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Diploma or Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential.
- Experience with the preparation of payment certificates and familiarity with government procurement processes is necessary.
- You should be proactive, independent, capable of working with little supervision, and able to deliver under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial, along with a service-oriented approach to your work.
