Job Scope:
1. Reach out to prospective clients to secure events
2. Conceptualise and manage events using both traditional and new media channels
3. Create and deliver dynamic marketing activities
4. Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging promotional materials, both digital and print, to attract and captivate the target audience.
5. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals without compromising on quality.
6. Identify and engage potential event sponsors and partners to enhance the overall event experience and generate additional revenue opportunities.
Requirements
1. Bachelor of Marketing / Business / Communications / Design or similar specialisation
2. At least 2 years event marketing experience, preferably in event industry
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
4. Able to multi tasks, independent, hands on and a team player
