About the Role
We are seeking a highly personable individual who excels in understanding and meeting the needs of others to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department to ensure seamless and effective business operations. This is a generalist HR role, offering a broad spectrum of responsibilities and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software efficiently.
- Handle grants, claims, letters, and memos effectively.
- Oversee Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation processes.
- Generate and analyse reports for HR-related tasks.
Talent Management:
- Conduct job analysis to identify staffing needs.
- Assist in recruitment processes including selection, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate audits and maintain compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage labor relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Payroll Management:
- Perform the full payroll process with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle CPF (Central Provident Fund) contributions and issue payroll checks.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Evaluate salaries and administer bonus and incentive programs.
- Manage employee benefits effectively.
Engagement & Retention:
- Develop and implement engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Plan and execute events to enhance employee morale.
- Implement strategies to improve employee retention.
Safety & Wellness:
- Manage risk factors and ensure workplace safety.
- Administer welfare programs to support employee well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
