1. Operation
- Overall in-charge for Production Planning from Order Receive to delivery
- Manage a team to achieve quantity and quality targets as well as to improve upon them via IIP (Implement and Improvement Project)
- Ensure Timely Delivery of Goods to Customers
- Dealing with Customer Request
- Daily Troubleshooting of problems encountered during assembly and production
- Liaising with Primary Production Sections and Vendors to ensure smooth and constant supplying of parts
- Conduct Training for Line Leaders and Production Operators
- Hands-on Trouble Shooting of Problems
- Able to write technical report
- Able to conduct assessment of people under your charge
2. Management Support
- Cost Management
- Machine Efficiency and Downtime Report Analysis and Countermeasure.
- Project Evaluation
Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience or Capability in Managing people.
- Knowledge in FMEA and 6 Sigma Methodology.
- Must be hardworking, self disciplined and physically fit
- Must be willing to be hands-on.
