Roles & Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Centre Supervisor in the coordination and execution of Centre activities
- Ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the Centre
- Performs duties in the areas of building safety and facilities management
- Plans, prepares and co-ordinates the actualization of events
- Provides administrative support where required
- Able to work on weekends and at night and field work whenever necessary
- Any other duties assigned by the Centre Supervisor
Requirements
- Possesses good knowledge of Buddhism to implement the Centre’s activities; preferably familiar with FPMT organisation and/ or Amitabha Buddhist Centre.
- Working hours: Up to 44 hours per week (5-days work week, Tuesday to Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
- Pleasant personality and a good team player
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Technologically-savvy, well versed in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Google Forms, PDF editors etc., audio & video systems, web applications, IT gadgets and devices
