Duties:
- Oversee a team of Sales Executive and monitor their performance against targets as well as hire.
- Develop and grow a team of individuals, maximizing on their potential and ability to generate revenue for the company.
- Responsibility to oversee all internal, external communications with insurers and clients.
- Ensure that your team follows and executes the correct processes internally and externally as well as ensuring we meet Pacific Prime’s compliance requirements at all times.
- Be part of a team working seamlessly to prioritize the preferred sales processes, customer experience as well as compliance in all aspects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of sales experience in the insurance
- Possesses BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI, M5, M9 and M9A qualifications from SCI
- Self-driven with a proven ability to work in a dynamic sales environment and a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives
- Proactive, independent, result-oriented, energetic with good people skills and an effective team player
