We are seeking a game customer service specialist based in Singapore to support our global user communities.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support and technical or game issue resolution via email, chat and other online social media platforms. (Google play, Apple store,Steam community and comments,Facebook main page,Discord ,Twitter(X),Youtube,Email etc )
- Identify player’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Ensuring customer’s queries are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution and ensuring that all responses are provided with excellent attention to detail, care and professionalism.
- Working with game operation team closely and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or above in any field.
- Fluency in verbal and written communication skills in English ,Chinese. And using google translating tool to help our customers in other languages.
- Possess customer-focused mindset , love to play our games and well know the game content.
- At least one year customer service or relevant work experience.
- Candidate must be open to all shift and to work on weekend
- Proficient in internet, main social media, foxmail, Word and Excel.
