Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Perform daily operational accounting functions (i.e. AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation)
- Prepare monthly financial statements and report
- Processing payment to suppliers and staff expenses
- Preparation of quarterly GST declaration
- Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary) on all related matters
- Able to handle payroll duties will be an advantage
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, including experience in the related fields
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial procedures and regulations
- Responsible, Multitasking and able to work independently with minimum supervision
