- Monitor sales performance and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities to ensure the region achieves overall business goals.
- Develop joint business plans with distributors and their respective accounts to expand the channel network and enhance performance in the assigned territories.
- Review and support feedback/inquiries from distributors, end consumers, and the supply chain team.
- Manage and coordinate all sales and marketing activities with distributors, vendors, regulators, pet association, and event organizers.
- Maintain awareness of new developments in the industry, especially in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, International Business or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in regional sales and distributors management role
- Experience in Infant foods, pet specialty or fast moving consumer goods will be preferred
- Profound knowledge in retail and trade operations, category management, margin contributions, and buying practices in Asian markets.
- Good experience in managing distributors, key retailers, and vendors
- Experience in channel management
