Job Description - Role & Responsibilities
- · BIM Modeller to understand and comply with BIM execution plan
- · creation of 3D model Content
- · Modelling using AUTOCAD Revit BIM Modelling software
- · assist with e-submission to authorities
- · assist with the Architect, Consultants, Clients, etc. to ensure delivery on time with acceptable quality of works.
Requirements
- · Degree / Diploma in Architectural and its equivalent
- · Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the architectural building industries
- · Knowledge in the use of BIM tools for design / construction
- · possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes
- · Only Singaporean / PR can apply
- · Candidates with less than 5 years but minimum 3 years of similar working experience can be considered
