- reports to Managing Director and Finance Director
- review monthly financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries
- perform monthly consolidation, financial analysis of the Company
- ensure internal controls on financial and tax reporting, costing and variance analysis are in order
- supervise and manage the team in the Finance Department
- liaise with external auditors, bankers on financial matters relating to the Company as and when directed
