Responsibilities
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Control budgets and optimize expenses
- Improve revenue
- Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the Company's offerings to customers.
- To have a strong understanding of the service offer contained within the client contract
- Liaise with the client and customers, developing strong working relationships
- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
- Communicate strategy and results to the Company's employees.
- Report key results to corporate office.
- Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
- To be proactive and drive innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems, processes and services
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Degree in Business
