Duties Responsibilities
• Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
• Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
• Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
• Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Sales Manager immediately
• Attend to customer enquiry, quotation and taking of orders from the customers. Involved in the co-ordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Requirements
• Able to work independently, strong initiative as well as a team player
• Secondary Education GCE 'O' / 'N' Level or any other discipline relevant to the marine industry
• Proficient in IT Skills e.g. MS Office
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
• Knowledge in SAP system is preferred.
• Able to start work immediately.
• 1-2+ years' sales support experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
