- Responsible for achieving business and sales objective / targets
- Build strategic account relationships at all levels and develop new client relationships to achieve sales volume and profit goals including handling key accounts issues directly.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales profitability and anticipate client needs
- Responsible for maximizing the potential sales volume of all segments in the market
- Lead and work with various internal teams to formulate solutions and strategies to compete in a highly competitive environment to maximize profit
- Work with cross functional teams to coordinate pre-sales, post-sales and support resources to drive successful closure and implementation for customers
- Ensure accurate update of sales opportunities in Salesforce.com and drive the nurturing of the opportunities from lead to close
Requirements
- Candidates with technical degree would be preferred
- TELCO or networking vendor sales management experience of at least 10 years (“management” = managing sales teams) and familiar with telecom services like Dark Fiber, Lease lines, Ethernet, MPLS, Colocation, Cloud, SDN, NFV, and etc.
- The candidate is required to have sales leadership experience in a management position, handling a sizeable sales force; and possess the capability to achieve the sales targets through leading and motivating the team in meeting the targets
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets
- Self-starter with excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels
