Executive, Quality Assurance • Digital Engagement & Operations
Join our dynamic team dedicated to achieving Digital Excellence. As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will collaborate with passionate individuals to support various phases of project lifecycles on company's Consumer Singapore's Digital Platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse business units to gather requirements and understand current workflows.
- Provide valuable feedback for system enhancement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive test scenarios aligned with business requirements for assigned tasks.
- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within strict timelines to ensure scenarios are executed accurately.
- Proactively identify and report defects/issues, following up with IT or vendor teams until resolution. Promptly escalate critical issues.
- Gain a deep understanding of business processes and backend systems, including dependencies and limitations.
- Create detailed documentation for assigned tasks to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer.
- Flexibly support additional duties as assigned, including after-hours Quality Assurance testing support.
Requirements
- Candidates with either a diploma or degree are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work night shifts to support production releases is required.
- Must possess analytical and meticulous attention to detail.
- A team player who can effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels.
- Experience in working with different levels of IT production support is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
