Mission:
- Ensure datacenter infrastructure and its services are up and running and meeting SLAs.
- Ensure that daily IT operations and service delivery are properly executed.
- Day to day follow up, monitoring and supervision of system topics.
- Incident/Change and Problem management on areas of expertise (Coordinate complex changes, in charge of changes approval, Manage troubleshooting session).
- Reporting and coordinating operational subjects and projects.
- Responsible for projects scoping and delivery.
- Animate weekly technical operational committees with suppliers and outsourced contract.
- Liaise with and support other stakeholders (Service Owners, Brands representatives, Regions, and other company Tech entities).
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in sys admin role.
- Autonomous & good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Written and spoken English is mandatory as the main business language.
Technical Environment:
- Experience with large-scale international enterprise infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Nutanix, HPE Servers, VMware Virtualization, Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with EMC Storage array, Commvault backup solution, and various security technologies including EDR, Vulnerability Management (Qualys, Bitsight), Identity Management (SAML, OAuth, ADFS, Azure AD), SSO (Okta), PAM (Wallix), and Spam filtering (ProofPoint).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, AlibabaCloud, and Office 365.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, Icinga, Kafka, Syslog, Grafana, and SCCM, as well as DevOps tools like CI/CD, Terraform, and Ansible.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a reputable institution.
- Relevant certifications in Systems Administration, Backup Management, and Cloud Computing are highly advantageous
