Job Description
• Research, design, and develop computer software or specialised utility programs.
• Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop Tandem Inward Remittance solutions for project, ITSR & ITSC
- Manage Tandem Inward/Outward Remittance System, Payment Exception Management System (PEMS), Singapore Currency Payment Management System (SPMS) and IBAS Payment System
- Perform impact analysis on change request
- Support User Acceptance Test
- Perform production deployment and monitoring
- Troubleshoot technical issue
- Collaborate with BA, Project Manager and Engineering team
- Review, monitor and manage vendor’s deliverables
- Work with users and vendor on issues, follow up and resolution for payment applications
