Our client is a reputable Private Bank hiring Onboarding Specialist with namescreening experience to join the team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Support Onboarding team with name screening
- Ensure adverse news hits and risk factors are identified in accordance to regulations and policies
- Ensure risk scoring and material assessment meet the bank's policies, standards and regulatory requirements
- Regular Management report on monthly statistics and documentation irregularities
- Provide feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate support functions and management
- Contribute to implementation of controls to daily processes and support update of procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking or related field
- At least 1 year's name screening experience in Private Banking/ Wealth Management preferred, experience in Corporate/ Commercial banking is welcomed too
- Team player, detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
