School Operations Manager ( 3 months contract, up to $3,500 per month)
Location: Bukit Timah
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Job Description
- Work with School Leaders and Administration Manager to manage infrastructure-related budget and
- ensure smooth running of daily school operational needs.
- Oversee and review security and safety and emergency procedures to ensure smooth running of
- daily school operational needs.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors and contractors.
- Support in student discipline-related matters, contributing to the holistic development of students.
Requirement
- Facility Management/Safety Management /Security Management /Logistics Management
- Reviewing and writing standard operating procedures for safety and security management
- Conduct emergency preparedness exercise
