Primary Role
To provide day to day support to Sales Director/Office Manager on daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide customer support relating to pricing, inventory, product sample, deliveries and all other related matters to product and services.
- On-boarding new customers
- Submission of order processing and sales order creation in ERP system
- Adherence to SOPs through the order handling and entire customer experience
- Other ad hoc duties by immediate superior
Essential Knowledge and Skills
- Diploma in Business Administration or related fields
- Experience in similar or comparable roles [ At least 1 yr]
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive work attitude
- Experience of using ERP system
- Timeline sensitive, completion of tasks within stipulated time frame.
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
- Organised and diligent, committed to seeing activities and processes through
- Experience of prioritising work to satisfy competing priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and with a flexible team player mentality.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customer
