Role & Reponsibilites:
· Report to Operation Manager
· Handling of Food delivery from different portal such as Food Panda, Deliveroo & Grab Food
· Execute marketing activities - prepare posters/daily settings of delivery platform
· Ensure all weekly reports (such as COGS & Weekly Delivery total Sales – outlets ) submitted are accurate and submit to Operation Manager
· Resolve system bugs
· Machine upkeeping (menu updates)
· Novitee: Backend settings & reporting & liaise closely with Accounts Manager
