Your new role
· Work alongside the workstream leads and partners to define and keep track of project scope, backlog and objectives.
· Facilitate agile work organisation of the project, including serving as the Project’s main Scrum master and facilitating the use of Scrum to maintain highly productive Sprints
· Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
· Proactively identify and help to resolve issues that can block progress of the project
· Identify and drive implementation of continuous improvements in the way the project team works
· Oversee project-related administrative processes such as the completion of legal project documentation including project agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
· Manage the administration of procurement processes for external vendors, ensuring decisions are documented and in compliance with company policies
· Track expenditure and contractual commitments; prepare a financial dashboard to provide project funders and stakeholders with regular and accessible updates
What you'll need to succeed
· A track record of effective project using Agile, Scrum, Kanban or similar approaches.
· Experience working in projects with international partners and multistakeholders.
· First-hand experience with Scrum would be an advantage, but Certified Scrum Master training can be arranged
· A strong entrepreneurial spirit and mindset and is able to work in a startup like environment and be adaptive to the needs of the evolving tasks at hand.
