Responsibilities
- Business Decision Support: Partner with business unit to provide market and business insights and assist in providing finance-related analysis and recommendations, including support business on ad-hoc financial analysis and financial modelling for business proposal or decision making
- Results Tracking and Reporting: Prepare, consolidate and analyse monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review and facilitate discussions on driving revenue, meeting expense targets and implementing more effective operational strategies. Monitor and provide detailed analysis and supporting commentaries on actual versus budget/forecast/prior year variances.
- Annual Business Planning: Gather inputs from business units to prepare the annual budgets and forecasts and manage the annual budgeting process; review reasonableness, identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare ad-hoc presentations for COO or CFO
- Any other ad-hoc projects and requests as required
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience working in a Big 4 audit firm
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
