Responsibilities:
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Generate innovative ideas to attract new clients
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and materials showcasing the company's services
- Present the company to potential clients
- Cultivate positive, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Conduct research on competitors and market intelligence to enhance business strategy
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including organizing meetings and conference calls
- Contribute to the quality of written content, including proofreading and editing documents
- Assist in the development of communications materials, such as product brochures, press releases, factsheets, and infographics
- Manage exhibition booths at international events
- Travel for business as required
- Represent the company professionally and build positive relationships with clients and partners
- Support the Chief Strategy Officer as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant field
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Meticulous and resourceful individual with a keen eye for details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated with a positive learning attitude
- Proactive learner with strong teamwork skills
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and stay calm under pressure
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese (other foreign languages will be an asset)
- Design capabilities will be an advantage (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
