Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the immigration application process.
- Follow up with assigned clients to ensure timely submission of required documents and completion of formalities.
- Manage the end-to-end immigration application cycles, from content development to final service delivery.
- Brief and prepare documents required for Singapore Permanent Residency and Singapore Citizenship applications.
- Schedule submission for Singapore Permanent Residency and Singapore Citizenship support during the appointment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Liaise with clients to gather all necessary information and documents needed for the application in a timely manner.
- Attend to clients' queries and provide assistance during and after the submission process, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of the application process.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including meeting clients to explain the entire application process and assisting in liaising with respective companies to obtain required documentations.
- Advise clients regarding ICA (Immigration and Checkpoints Authority) requirements in Singapore, timelines, and ensure compliance with the immigration regulations.
- Attend to client inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate and timely responses.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the immigration or consultancy industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple application cycles and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and submission.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of Singapore immigration regulations and ICA requirements is preferred.
- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
