Order Fulfilment Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order Fulfillment Assistant to join our team. The Order Fulfillment Assistant will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and providing excellent customer service. This role plays a critical part in delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining efficient order management.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Confirm product availability and coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and pack orders for shipment while ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Generate shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to arrange for timely deliveries.
  • Track order shipments and update customers on order status.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service regarding order-related matters.
  • Assist with returns and exchanges, processing them efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of order data and update the order management system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Contribute to improving order fulfillment processes and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with order management software.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
  • Physical fitness to handle and move packages.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.

This is a full-time position. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.
