Digitalization support manager
Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the provisoning and maintenance of the office network equipment;
2. Responsible for the support, operation, maintenance and management of IT systems;
3. Responsible for the budget planning, procurement, allocation, maintenance and other management of office computers and related equipment;
4. Responsible for information asset management;
5. Responsible for the regional information security management;
6. Responsible for the coordination of regional digitalization work;
7. Responsible for the implementation of the digital transformation;
8. Organize network & biz unit for jointly coordination, coordinate the network department / procurement center for IRU resources, and provide analysis reports;
9. Responsible for the network circuit settlement with the headquarters / group;
10. Complete other work assigned by the department.
Qualifications requirements (including but not limited to the following options):
1. Bachelor degree or above, IT related major;
2. Familiar with the basic maintenance and processing of computer, IP telephone, office network and other office equipment;
3. At least 2 years of working experience in IT support;
4. Familiar with product knowledge of network connection such as leased line/IP-Transit;
5. Good communication skills and problem handling and coordination ability;
6. Cisco / Huawei related certification is preferred.
