In support of our vision, under Asia FiiT (Singapore) Pte Ltd, we are looking for a confident and innovative product manager to work on our “go-to-market” digital products. Key responsibilities of this Product Manager expert:
- Assist founder to define Asia FiiT’s digital products, from strategy, solution design to roadmap and delivery plans.
- Actively collaborate across in-house & 3rd party product domains to drive cross-functional initiatives and leverage all aspects of the Asia FiiT’s digital product suite.
- Actively collaborate closely with target users, design teams and other key stakeholders to develop "go to market" realistic actions to bring our digital products to reality.
- From scratch, develop digital product strategy and approach by deeply understanding our user requirements, target markets, and competitive landscape.
- Iterate quickly on new digital product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedback.
Qualifications:-
- 5+ years of professional experience in a high-growth environment.
- Experience working on a customer-facing product with a heavy UX/UI focus.
- Must have experience working with the following stakeholder types; 3rd party Design, Customers, Internal leadership.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and thoughtful decision making.
- Owns and drives the creation of roadmap and delivery of projects independently. Good at taking initiative.
- Able to operate at both a high level (e.g., defining longer-term vision and strategy) and also engage in the weeds (e.g., working through detailed case requirements with their team or reviewing product copy, build guard rail that will safeguard Asia FiiT brand irrespective of products and robust testing).
- Comfortable working in a new startup fast-paced environment and moving fast/being scrappy when needed.
- Have launched successful products and experienced in “not-so-successful” ones too.
