Job Description:
· Lead Retail Team, ensuring efficient sales and operational planning.
· Handle manpower and operational planning to maintain smooth management and staff productivity.
· Provide on-the-job training and field coaching to frontline staff.
· Support their development and enhance their sales skills.
· Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
· Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the stores.
· Manage inventory of saleable goods in stores.
· Maintain optimal on-shelf availability levels.
· Collaborate with related departments such as Visual Merchandising and Marketing during brand launches.
· Coordinate efforts to create impactful and cohesive brand experiences.
· Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
· Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate product replenishment.
· Handle all other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
· Min 2 years of experience in Retail operation functions will be an added advantage
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
